Every consulting engagement has the same silent problem: intent leaks. A client describes what they want, and something subtly different gets built — not because anyone made a mistake, but because every handoff is a translation. We spent some time this year building a system designed to eliminate that leak entirely. The client develops requirements with their own AI agent, submits them directly, a pipeline builds and tests the result, and the client reviews it — all without the intent ever needing to be re-explained to a human intermediary. The surprising thing wasn't the efficiency gain. It was that requirements retained their reasoning throughout. The "why" stayed attached to the "what" all the way to delivery.
